The Robinowitz Education Center (REC) is honored to announce that it will be the home of the New Jersey Chapter of The Reading League. REC shares The Reading League’s mission to advance awareness, understanding, and use of evidence-aligned reading instruction in all schools.
Dr. Gordon Sherman, former Executive Director of the Robinowitz Education Center, The Laurel and The Newgrange Schools, set a precedent when he left Harvard University’s Dyslexia Lab and entered the world of education to translate neuroscience research into practice. Tim Viands, Executive Director of Laurel Education Group, Susan Miller, President of the NJ Chapter and Dee Rosenberg, Vice President of NJ Chapter, are continuing Dr. Sherman’s efforts by sponsoring and leading the NJ Chapter.
